Once you have purchased the coverage make sure you receive the insurance cards and proof of coverage. They are emailed immediately upon purchase of the plan. Visitors can carry the cards with them at all times.

Visits for reasons that are not of an emergency nature may not be covered by the insurance.

The decision to bill the insurance directly or require payment immediately from the patient is made by the medical provider. Claim forms must be sent with all itemized bills. Additional information may be requested before a claim is approved; make sure your contact information is up to date.
